126 Film Processing

Processing, developing, of 126 film at Ag Photolab. The 126 film format was introduced by Kodak in 1963 as a convenient cartridge system for inexpensive point and shoot cameras, most notably the Instamatic. The last manufacturer still making the format was Italian company Ferrania, but production ceased in 2008.

NB: please note the process type indicated on the cartridge before ordering; C41 is the current process for which the prices below apply but many 126 films we receive are the obsolete C22 process which can only be hand-processed as B/W at higher cost (see the C22 page, also in our specialist processing section, for C22 processing cost). Typical C22 films include Kodacolor-X and Prinzcolor, but we're always happy to advise if you wish to call before ordering. Note also that we no longer process Kodacolor II films at all although they are C41 - they are now always in poor condition due to age and are not safe to process in our C41 equipment due to emulsion breakup.
