When we return your orders we always include a new mailing bag, complete with pre-paid label attached.
If you need a mail bag sending to you, just ask any time sales@ag-photolab.co.uk
The mail bags hold up to about 8 35mm or 120 films. If you have more than this to send you can simply print off the label above, and attach to a larger mail bag.
Return of your Order UK
Standard Return, no tracking or insurance - 3 bands. All UK areas.
We use high quality corrugated card envelopes, along with other quality packing materials to ensure your film / prints are not damaged.
- £3.49 for light weight orders
- £5.49 for medium weight orders
- £8.98 for larger orders
- May be upgraded in checkout to "Signed For". Please note this only tracks the item on delivery or attempeted delivery and does not include any insurance.

- £19.98 Courier tracked return for Highlands, Islands (including Isle of Weight) & Northern Ireland

Select in checkout & contact us after you place your order to arrange collection. Please make sure Films are ready packed into strong packaging (please ask us if you want advise on this). Some postcodes (Highlands, Islands and NI) incur a surcharge for this service - please contact us for information.This option has detailed tracking, but insurance is not included. If your items are very important you should check with your home or photographers' insurance.
Channel Islands & Isle of Man
Light & medium weight orders, same as UK above. Courier and heavier orders £22.50.
Return Delivery Cost & Bands - EUROPE
The website will automatically assign your order to the correct band depending on weight & dimensions
- £6.94 for light weight orders, Regular Airmail.
- £9.90 for medium weight orders, Regular Airmail.
- £ rate varies (see below) for heavier orders which exceed the weight limit for Airmail.
- £6.94 & £9.90 bands are not insured or tracked - please contact us if you require tracking.
- Heavier orders are sent with the carrier (eg. GLS, DHL, UPS etc) and are tracked.
- Note: insurance on shipping will only cover the material cost of replacing goods. See terms.
