FILM PROCESSING DELIVERY: SENDING YOUR FILM TO US.

Simple & Convenient Film Processing Delivery

Use our freepost label to send any quantity of film for processing – no need to visit the Post Office. Simply drop your securely packed films into any post box. There’s no limit to how many films you can send with a single label. When we return your completed order, we’ll include a free mailing bag with a pre-paid label already attached, so you’re all set for your next film processing delivery.

Please note: The freepost label is only available for orders that include return postage. It cannot be used for orders that will be collected directly from the lab. All developed negatives must be return, as we do not offer a service to dispose of negatives once developed.

New Customers – Important Info

If you’re new to our service, please note that mailing bags and labels are not sent automatically after placing your order. Simply print your own label here, and choose a padded mailing bag (e.g., a Jiffy bag) for safe transport.

Please remember that our film processing delivery via freepost is standard first class – it does not include tracking or insurance.

The mail bags we send back with your order hold up to about 8 x 35mm or 120 films. If you have more than this to send you can simply print off the label above, and attach to a larger mail bag.

Return of negatives, prints and delivery of goods

We use the highest quality possible corrugated card envelopes for safe return of your negatives, and our return delivery costs cover both packing and delivery.

  • £8.98 Tracked Courier for larger orders, and orders qualifying for free delivery.
  • £8.98 Optional, tracked courier (note: larger orders default to this)

Please note: Insurance is NOT included because we can not insure against the value of your images. If processed film is lost or damaged, we cannot accept liability. If your images are of high importance, please check some of the good value photographers insurance policies available, or courier your film with your own carrier where you can stipulate the value of your images. Please see our terms and conditions, click here.
