HARMAN Phoenix II offers more refined contrast, sharper detail, and finer grain, while still embracing the creative personality that made the original so distinctive. Colours are vibrant yet natural, with better retention in both shadows and highlights. It handles a range of lighting conditions well and offers flexibility in exposure, though accurate metering is still recommended for best results.

Rated at ISO 200, Phoenix II performs beautifully between EI 100 and 200, allowing photographers to explore subtle shifts in tone and mood. Scanning is also noticeably improved, with pleasing results even at default settings—though the final look may vary depending on your scanner and workflow.
