HARMAN RED 125 – 35mm Redscale Colour Film

HARMAN RED 125 is a brand-new redscale colour negative film developed and manufactured entirely in the UK at the Harman Ilford factory. Based on the Phoenix emulsion, this film offers a bold and atmospheric aesthetic perfect for creative, experimental photography.

Unlike standard colour film, redscale is loaded and shot through the base layer, exposing the red-sensitive layer first. The result is a distinct palette of warm reds, oranges, and yellows, often with subtle greens in certain lighting conditions.

Rated at ISO 125, HARMAN RED 125 offers a wide exposure latitude from EI 50 to 400, giving photographers flexibility to control contrast, colour intensity, and mood:

• EI 50–100: Brighter tones, finer grain, higher contrast

• EI 125–200: Rich orange hues with soft shadow detail

• EI 400: Deep reds, more pronounced grain, and a moody cinematic feel
