The Kenro Ring Binder is specifically designed to be wide enough to protect the full width of the negative pages.
Hold approximately 100-150 standard Kenro paper or acetate negative pages. Or around 50 heavy duty slide pages as supplied by the likes of Secol.
Normal A4 or foolscap binders are narrower and so the negative pages extend beyond the hard backs thereby allowing the ends of the pages to be vulnerable to damage. As it is a non-standard size and specifically made for Kenro, this does mean a higher price over standard binders, but we think it’s well worth it as the great advantage of shooting on film is having the tangible camera original – and those original negatives deserve protection.
The binder features 4 rings which means pages are far better secured than with just two.
