Standard Paterson film reel / spool / spiral capable of accepting 35mm and 120. The Auto-Load reels are simple to load. It is always useful to have plenty of reels as they should be completely dry before loading with film, thus you can continue working whilst your reels are drying.
These are also compatible with the AP tanks.
