Sending your film to us – ITS EASY & ITS FREE OF CHARGE

  1.  Place you order on the website. You will need your order number to continue. 
  2. If you don’t yet have a returns label, simply visit the royal mail tracked returns site here: https://return.royalmail.com/6c0c2518-a6ce-4783-a21a-ebf7fdf9ec95
  3. Complete the details required. You must also include your order number either on the envelope or written on a note inside your package – we need to know the film is yours! 
  4. If you have a printer, please print the label and either pop it in a post box or take to your local Post Office branch or Collect+ location in over 18,500 locations.
     
  5. If you don’t have a printer, don’t worry, simply take the QR code you have created via the link, to your local Post Office branch or Collect+ location in over 18,500 locations.
     
  6. Whichever method you choose, please remember to take a note of your tracking number on the label and enclose your order number with your film. 
  7. When we return your completed order, we’ll include a new tracked label, so you’re all set for your next film processing delivery!

Already have a tracked label?

If you already have one of our Return Label’s that you have either received from us with a previously completed order or in person at a trade show, then please follow the steps below: 

  1. Make a note of the tracking number on the label in order to be able to track the item. 
  1. Include the order number on the parcel or inside (very important). We need to know the film is yours! 
  1. Return through your local Post Office branch or Collect+ location in over 18,500 locations, or just pop in a post box.

Previous Returns Label System

For those of you who still have the old style labels, they are still valid. However, we would advise that where possible the new system is used as described above as it provides tracking of your order. 

Return of negatives, prints and delivery of goods

We use the highest quality possible corrugated card envelopes for safe return of your negatives, and our return delivery costs cover both packing and delivery.

Please note: Insurance is NOT included because we can not insure against the value of your images. If processed film is lost or damaged, we cannot accept liability. If your images are of high importance, please check some of the good value photographers insurance policies available, or courier your film with your own carrier where you can stipulate the value of your images. Please see our terms and conditions, click here.
